Dave Fielding, President, has over 40 years in the steel business, 34 years with Tech Dynamics and 7 years at Katy Steel Company.  Dave specializies in purchasing, production and accounting

Josh Fielding, Vice President of Sales, has over 21 years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator for the company. Josh is responsible for the sales and estimating for Tech Dynamics.

Micah Kramer, Vice President of Operations, has over 20  years with the company doing every job from truck driver to Plant Superintendent. Micah now shares the project management responsibilities as well as continuing to oversee the growth and success of the operations.

Carolyn Fielding, Accounting Manager of 29 years works with Microsoft Dynamics handling all of the payables and receivables as well as many of the HR duties.

John Zimmerman, our former President, announced his retirement effective December 31, 2017. John was in the steel fabrication business for 40+ years, with 32 of those years as President of Tech Dynamics. His dedication to detail and his customer service helped make Tech Dynamics what it is today. Congratulations and best wishes to John in his retirement.
